We accept children from 18 months beginning at the Montessori PlayClub Foundation Skills Programme for 1.5 hours per session on twice weekly basis and are gradually nurtured to the daily 3-hour morning programme from 2.5 years old through to 6 years old.
ENTRANCE PROCEDURE
Upon receipt of the prospectus, interested parents can arrange an appointment with the administrator at telephone contact number 64764969 for an introductory visit with the Administrator and the tour of the premises. Acceptance of the child will be confirmed by mail and will be accompanied by admission and information forms that require completion and return.
TEACHING FACULTY
Our teachers are Montessori trained, committed and experienced, carefully chosen for their abilities, qualifications and, above all, their love of children and aptitude in guiding them. Our teaching staff comprises of a minimum certified Montessori Diploma from Montessori Training Institutions, or a Certificate or Diploma in Early Childhood Teaching and/or those with special skills which we feel will benefit the students.
Each new teacher, in addition to her existing qualifications, receives extra training in the first three months to the exacting standards of My Montessori My World and then is welcomed officially as a fully fledged staff member.
The teacher-pupil ratio is 6-7 students to one teacher. This will accustom the children to learning in a group situation in readiness for school.
My Montessori My World is planned as an extension of the home.
